When should you return the product to us?Updated 2 months ago

You may need to return a product in the following situations:

  • If you are not satisfied with the product you received.

  • If you tried the product on and the size is not correct.

  • If the product was damaged during delivery. In this case, it is important to record a video while opening the package and checking the product, as this is the only way to prove that the damage occurred during shipping.

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, even though it was checked before shipping. This is considered a warranty issue.

  • It is also considered a warranty issue if the product becomes damaged during normal and proper use (for example, the zipper breaks or the stitching comes loose).

Damage caused by improper use of the product is not considered a warranty issue, and in such cases the product cannot be accepted for return. Examples include:

  • worn-out or broken shoes

  • torn T-shirts or jackets

  • broken mugs

  • clothing washed at incorrect temperatures that caused discoloration

Manufacturing defects can usually be clearly distinguished from damage caused by misuse, so please contact our customer support via chat or the contact form before returning the product.
