The warranty applies to most products available in the FansBRANDS® store, including clothing items such as shoes, T-shirts, caps, sweaters, and trousers, as well as accessories like wallets and bags.

However, there are certain products for which warranty cannot be provided, such as books, perfumes, and fragile items (for example mugs).

For fragile products, we strongly recommend recording a video while opening the package when you receive it. This is important because if a fragile item is damaged during transport, the video can help verify that the damage occurred during delivery.
