Once your returned product arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected to ensure that it matches the reason stated for the return and meets our return conditions.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund for the value of the returned product. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
After the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the refund.
Refunds are usually processed within 1–2 business days after the product arrives at our warehouse, although processing times may be slightly longer during busy seasonal periods.
