Warranty claims mainly apply to manufacturing defects that appear during normal use of the product. At FansBRANDS®, we always aim to ensure that genuine warranty issues are handled fairly and professionally.

A warranty issue is considered valid if the problem is caused by a manufacturing defect that was already present at the time of sale, but was not visible during the initial inspection. Typical examples include stitching defects, gluing issues, or material faults.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, such as tearing, excessive wear, or damage resulting from incorrect washing or handling.
