What are non-warranty issues?Updated 2 months ago

In some cases, customers request a replacement for products that have been damaged during use. However, not every issue qualifies as a warranty claim. At FansBRANDS®, we know our products very well because we not only sell them, but also use them ourselves, so we understand how they are intended to be used.

Obvious tears or breakages are not considered warranty issues.
If a product is washed at a temperature different from the washing instructions, and the color fades or the printed logos are damaged as a result, this also does not qualify as a warranty problem.

The warranty also becomes invalid if the product is not used as intended. For example, our shoes are designed for everyday wear and not for sports activities such as playing football, therefore defects caused by such use are not covered by the warranty.
