In rare situations, some product details may differ from what is described. In such cases, FansBRANDS® will resolve the issue and cover the return shipping costs.
Examples include:
If the shoe size does not match the size indicated on the box, we will exchange the product.
If the product received is significantly different from the image shown on the website, we will also arrange a replacement.
Please note that this does not apply to products where only illustrative graphics are shown, for example when the product is not yet in production and the final appearance may slightly differ.
