If you would like to return a product, please make sure to complete the return form and include it in the package. This helps our team identify your order quickly and process your return faster.

You have two options:

• Download and fill it out digitally using a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (using the fillable form function), then print it.

• Print the form and fill it out by hand.

Once completed, place the form inside the return package before sending it back. Providing the return form ensures that your return or refund request can be processed without delay.
