IMPORTANT – Please read before returning a productUpdated 2 months ago

If you have any questions or are unsure about the return process, please contact FansBRANDS® customer support first through the website chat, WhatsApp, or by submitting the contact form. Our team will help you with the return process.

Please note the following important rules when returning a product:

  • If you received a gift with your order, it must also be returned. When placing a new order for a replacement product, you can choose a gift again. If the gift is not returned, we cannot issue a refund.

  • Please make sure to return the product to the correct address:
    Pit Box Kft.
    2600 Vác, Rádi út 1–3, Hungary
    (If the parcel is sent to the address shown on the invoice, it may not be received.)

  • We do NOT accept Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels. Packages sent with COD will automatically be returned to the sender.

  • We only accept products returned in original factory condition with all packaging intact. Products that are dirty, washed, damaged, worn, wrinkled, or have strong odors cannot be accepted. If such items are returned, they will be sent back to the customer with an additional shipping charge, and no refund will be issued.

  • Shoes must be returned clean and in their original shoebox. Shoes with dirty or dusty soles will not be accepted. The shoebox must also be properly packed to avoid damage during shipping.

  • The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. Please choose the most cost-effective shipping option.

  • If you paid online, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used during the purchase.

  • If you paid by bank transfer, please provide your bank account details so we can process the refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.
