If you would like to return a product, please follow the steps below:

1. Download the return form if you do not already have it: [Return Form].
   You can complete it digitally (for example using Adobe Acrobat Reader with the fill function) or print it and fill it out by hand.

2. Pack the product securely and include the completed return form in the package.
   If you filled out the form digitally, you may also send it by email.
   Please make sure to wrap the shoebox or product packaging properly to avoid damage during shipping.

3. Send the package to the following return address:

Important:
Please do not send the package with Cash on Delivery (COD) service. Parcels sent with COD will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Once we receive the parcel and verify the condition of the returned product, we will initiate the refund through our financial service providers. According to banking processing times, the amount will usually be credited to your account within up to 14 days.
