You can easily track the status of your order in several ways.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and delivery details. With this tracking number, you can follow your package directly on the courier’s website and see the latest updates about the delivery.

You can also check your order status directly through our website chat by entering your order number and email address, without needing to contact customer support.

Please note that if you purchased a pre-order product, the shipping confirmation will only be sent once the product arrives in our warehouse and your order is shipped. The estimated availability date is displayed on the product page.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support through the website chat, WhatsApp, or the contact form, and our team will help you locate your package as quickly as possible.
