Sometimes you may realize after placing your order that you selected the wrong size, would like to add another item, or forgot to choose a gift.
As long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can request a modification.
You can initiate the change directly through the chat interface, where the system will guide you through the process. If the package has already been shipped, any changes to the delivery address must be requested directly from the courier service using the tracking details.
