You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been packed or shipped. If your order is still being processed, you can cancel it yourself directly through the chat interface.

Simply provide your order number, and the system will allow you to cancel the order. If the order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation will be completed and any paid amount will be refunded.
