If you believe that your consumer rights have been violated and the issue cannot be resolved directly with the seller, you may contact the competent consumer protection authority or use available dispute resolution mechanisms.

Within the European Union, consumer protection laws are enforced by national consumer protection authorities in each member state. These authorities cooperate through the Consumer Protection Cooperation (CPC) Network, which allows them to address cross-border violations of consumer rights and investigate unfair commercial practices across the EU.
