Why can't I pay online?Updated 2 months ago

If you are experiencing issues when paying online by credit/debit card or PayPal, the following are the most common reasons:

  • Insufficient funds: Please make sure that your account has enough balance to complete the payment.

  • Spending limits: Check your daily or transaction limits set by your bank, as the payment may exceed your allowed limit.

  • Bank approval required: In some cases, your bank may require additional approval for the transaction. This can usually be confirmed through your bank’s mobile application or security verification system. For more details, please contact your bank directly.

  • PayPal payment: If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can easily create one for free.

Important: If the online payment is not completed in time, the order may automatically fail due to a system timeout. In this case, you may need to place the order again.
