UPS Access Point – Parcel Locker PickupUpdated 2 months ago
UPS offers the possibility to collect your package from a UPS Access Point or parcel locker instead of home delivery. This service is available in many countries across Europe and worldwide, allowing you to pick up your shipment at a time that suits you.
How it works:
If your package cannot be delivered to your address, UPS may redirect it to a nearby UPS Access Point or parcel locker.
You will receive a notification by email or SMS when the package is ready for pickup.
The notification will include the location of the UPS Access Point, pickup instructions, and the required pickup code or tracking number.
At the pickup location, simply show the pickup code or tracking number, and if required, a valid ID.
UPS Access Points are usually located in local stores, service points, or parcel lockers, making it easy to collect your package close to your home or workplace.
Please note that parcels are usually stored for up to 5 working days. If the package is not collected within this time, it may be returned to the sender.
