At FansBRANDS®, all complaints are handled through a structured ticket system to ensure that every case is properly documented and investigated.
To submit a complaint, please fill out the complaint form available on our website. Once the form is submitted, the system will automatically create a support ticket, which is registered in our customer support system.
After the ticket is created:
the request is recorded in our system,
our customer support team will respond within 24 hours,
the investigation process will begin.
The purpose of the ticket system is to ensure that every complaint is handled transparently, efficiently, and in a traceable way.
If necessary, our team may request additional information, photos, or videos in order to properly review and resolve the issue.
