Ticket System – Complaints HandlingUpdated 2 months ago

At FansBRANDS®, all complaints are handled through a structured ticket system to ensure that every case is properly documented and investigated.

To submit a complaint, please fill out the complaint form available on our website. Once the form is submitted, the system will automatically create a support ticket, which is registered in our customer support system.

After the ticket is created:

  • the request is recorded in our system,

  • our customer support team will respond within 24 hours,

  • the investigation process will begin.

The purpose of the ticket system is to ensure that every complaint is handled transparently, efficiently, and in a traceable way.

If necessary, our team may request additional information, photos, or videos in order to properly review and resolve the issue.
