Customer satisfaction is very important to us at FansBRANDS®. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the product and request a refund according to our return policy.

Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse and has been inspected, FansBRANDS® will process the refund within 14 days from the date the product is received. Whenever possible, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
