In many European countries, GLS also offers the option to collect your package from a GLS Parcel Locker (GLS Box). This allows you to pick up your shipment quickly and conveniently at any time, without needing to meet the courier.

How it works:

• If your package is delivered to a GLS Parcel Locker, you will receive a notification by email or SMS once the parcel is available for pickup.

• The message will include a pickup code or QR code and the exact location of the GLS locker.

• Simply go to the GLS locker, enter the pickup code or scan the QR code, and the locker will open automatically.

• You can then collect your package safely and quickly.

GLS parcel lockers are available across many European countries, usually located at shopping centers, petrol stations, supermarkets, or busy public locations.

Please note that parcels are typically stored in GLS lockers for up to 5 days. If the package is not collected within this period, it may be returned to the sender.
