When choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) with GLS, you can pay for your order at the time of delivery, when the courier hands over the package.

How COD payment works:

• The GLS courier collects the full order amount when delivering the package.

• Payment can usually be made in cash or by bank card, depending on the services available with the courier.

• Once the payment is completed, the courier hands over the package to the recipient.

Important information:

• COD payment is made only at the time of delivery, so please make sure the required amount is available.

• If the package is delivered to a GLS Parcel Shop, the COD amount can also be paid at the pickup point when collecting the parcel.

• If the parcel is not collected or refused, it will be returned to the sender.

Cash on Delivery is a convenient option for customers who prefer to pay only when the package arrives.
